To guarantee that each person that visits Branson, Missouri has a fun and pleasant experience, each member of the Branson/Lakes Area Lodging Association is committed to the following codes, with respect to the you as the customer and our fine town of Branson, Missouri.

- Each property will be responsive to the needs of guests.
- Each property will provide an environment that is safe and secure for the guests.

- Each property will provide guests with friendly customer service from a properly trained staff.
- Each property will be factual and accurate when providing information about their services and the services of any firm they represent.
- Each property will work with other association properties first when referring business to other lodging establishments.
- Each property will speak respectfully about other properties to our guests.
- Each property will work with the travel trade and pay commissions on a timely basis.
